Refund Policy
Short version: subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription is activated. Crypto payments are irreversible on-chain and we cannot reverse them. We do grant refunds in a narrow set of cases listed below.
1. General rule
Subscriptions to OGIDIGA are prepaid for the period selected at checkout (monthly or annual). Once your subscription is active — that is, once your payment has enough blockchain confirmations and you have been granted access — the fee is non-refundable. This applies whether or not you use the Service during the paid period.
2. Why non-refundable
Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible by design. Once you broadcast a transaction and it is confirmed on-chain, no party — including us — can unwind it. Because of this, we cannot process refunds the way a card processor can. We can only send a return transaction to an address you control, which requires your cooperation and takes time.
Before you pay, understand: you are purchasing access to a digital tool for a fixed period. There is no trial, no cooling-off period, and no automatic refund if you change your mind.
3. When we will refund
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- Service unavailable. If the Service is materially unavailable (builds cannot be submitted and no workaround exists) for more than 72 consecutive hours during your paid period, and we cannot restore it, you may request a pro-rata refund for the unused portion.
- Charged in error. If you were billed twice for the same period due to a bug or payment-processor error, we refund the duplicate.
- Paid but never activated. If you sent crypto for a subscription and, due to a bug on our side, your subscription was never activated and remains unactivated 7 days after you reported it, we refund the full amount or activate the subscription — your choice.
- Legal requirement. Where applicable law requires a refund that our policy would otherwise deny, applicable law wins.
4. When we will not refund
We will not refund for:
- Change of mind after activation
- Non-use of the Service during the paid period
- Dissatisfaction with a payload's behavior on a specific target
- A payload being detected by an antivirus or EDR product
- A payload failing to execute on a target environment (the Service makes no guarantee of runtime success — see ToS § 9)
- Account termination for violation of the Terms of Service
- Voluntary account deletion
- Loss of access to your wallet or exchange account
- Payment sent in the wrong currency to the wrong address
5. How to request a refund
Email refunds@ogidiga.com with:
- Your OGIDIGA username
- The invoice ID from your billing page
- The transaction hash from the blockchain
- A short description of the issue
We respond within 5 business days. If we approve the refund, we send the amount to a wallet address you provide in the same currency it was received. Return transaction network fees are deducted from the refund amount.
6. Refund timing
On-chain refunds are sent within 3 business days of approval. Confirmation on the receiving chain is out of our control and may take additional time depending on network congestion.
7. Partial refunds
Where a partial refund is warranted (§3 "Service unavailable"), the amount is calculated pro-rata based on the number of unused days remaining in the paid period at the time of the incident.
8. Chargebacks
Because we accept cryptocurrency only, traditional chargeback mechanisms do not apply. We do not accept card payments, PayPal, or any reversable payment method. If you initiate a dispute through a payment processor you did not use, we will not be able to respond to it.
9. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, respond to the refund email within 14 days. We review escalations personally. Persistent unresolved disputes are governed by the dispute resolution clause in our Terms of Service.
